As a first-generation American born and raised in Los Angeles, Eric, a son of immigrants, is deeply committed to his craft. Eric's career began in 2005 at a large national defense firm, where he honed his skills representing corporations in employment litigation. From 2005 to 2012, he served as General Counsel for a private employer, gaining invaluable insights into the practical challenges of workplace compliance. Since 2012, he has shifted his focus to representing employees and consumers, bringing a balanced perspective to his practice.
