Mr. Boyajian has been practicing labor and employment law, almost exclusively, since 2005. From 2005 through 2012, he represented corporations and employers. He began his career at a large, national defense firm, and then transitioned to a General Counsel position with a private employer. Since 2012, Mr. Boyajian has been representing employees and consumers.
Mr. Boyajian attended Pepperdine School of Law, where he earned the Witkin Award for Academic Excellence, and the CALI Excellence for the Future Award. During law school, Mr. Boyajian clerked for Federal District Court Judge Dikran Tevrizian, and California Superior Court Judge Lawrence Mira. Prior to law school, Mr. Boyajian attend college at the University of Southern California.
Mr. Boyajian is a first generation American, born and raised in Los Angeles. His parents immigrated to Los Angeles in the 1960's and met each other during English night-school at Hollywood High.
Mr. Boyajian has spent a significant amount of his time helping the community by volunteering for the Boy Scouts. After going through the ranks himself, he then served as Scoutmaster, Cubmaster, Local Commissioner, and Committee Chairman.

Ms. Zargarian was admitted to practice law in 2013 and has extensive experience representing both employees and employers in all aspects of employment-related litigation.
Ms. Zargarian earned her law degree from the University of Southern California Law School where she served as an editor of the Southern California Review of Law and Social Justice and received honors grades in Legal Research and Writing and Pretrial Advocacy. During law school, she additionally served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Peter H. Carroll in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Central District of California. She earned her undergraduate degree in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
Prior to joining the Law Offices of Eric A. Boyajian, Ms. Zargarian worked for both defense-side and plaintiff-side employment law firms. She additionally has experience litigating real estate, medical malpractice, and civil rights actions in state and federal courts.
Ms. Zargarian is a Los Angeles native and speaks Armenian, Persian, and conversational Spanish.
